Purchasing with Hythe Performance Parts could not be easier. Once you have selected your items online click ‘buy now’ and you will be taken to the checkout page. If you have any questions or cannot find the item you are looking for you can call us on 01784 452233 to ask our staff. We accept credit/debit card payments online.
Shipping Our website will automatically calculate the most cost effective method of shipping your order to you, whatever your location. Subject to stock availability we will endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours, usually next day.
Shipping of Glass: We take great care in packaging glass, however we cannot offer any insurance on shipping and all glass purchases are therefore shipped at the customers own risk. We will always look to recover costs from the shipping agent if items are damaged but we cannot offer any guarantees.
Back Orders If the item you have ordered is not in stock we will obtain it as quickly as possible and hold your purchase on back order. If we have any problems getting hold of the item you have ordered we will contact you and give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
VAT All orders for the UK and European Union will have 17.5% VAT applied. Orders from the rest of the world are VAT free.
Guarantee If you return an item in its original condition (unused and with packaging) within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange it or offer a refund (excluding shipping costs and minus the handling fee). Returns are subject to a 5% handling fee.
If an item develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days we will offer the same exchange or refund.
Returns Policy If a part needs to be returned to us, you must first obtain Returns Authorisation – please call 01784 452233 to discuss arrangements.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, upon receipt of the returned goods.
Order Cancellations If we are unable to obtain your ordered part within a reasonable timescale then a full refund will be given. If you change your mind and cancel your order then a refund will be given minus a 5% admin fee.
PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged items/or other discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange Subject to the following conditions:
Items are returned carriage paid
Items received are in a re-saleable condition
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging when the original has been damaged or defaced.)
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and reason for return.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost, please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim with couriers.
Hythe Performance Parts are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Old units returned for a surcharge refund, must be returned within 12 months of purchase.

Security Credit/Debit card orders placed on-line with Hythe Performance Parts are passed through Protx who provide a secure online service. Card details from on-line orders are not passed directly to us, thus ensuring the full security of your payment details at all times.
